Job summary

Kali Hotel, a new kind of luxury in Los Angeles, is seeking a Director of Operations to join its executive leadership. This on-site role oversees overall hotel operations and elevates guest experience across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Culinary and Security, partnering with the General Manager to drive service excellence and financial performance.

The position requires seasoned leadership in upscale hotels, a hands-on, visible management style, and a track record of staff development.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a full-service, upscale or luxury hotel environment.
• Strong financial acumen with forecasting, budgeting and profitability focus.
• Experience leading multiple hotel operating disciplines and driving service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day operational leadership across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Culinary and Security.
• Partner with the General Manager to establish priorities, service standards and financial objectives.
• Lead the execution of hotel-wide initiatives to improve efficiency, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a proactive approach to occupancy changes, events and staffing needs.
• Serve as the General Manager's operational partner when requested.
