Job summary

The Kali Hotel & Rooftop, Autograph Collection, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary strategy for a multi-outlet, high-volume operation at Hollywood Park’s dynamic campus in Southern California.

As a pre-opening leader, you’ll oversee menu development, staffing, and production plans across Grab & Go, Lobby Bar Bites, and the Three-Meal Restaurant, delivering scalable, memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Senior-level culinary leadership experience in a high-volume setting.
• Experience managing multiple outlets and events concurrently.
• Proven ability to forecast, plan and manage food cost and labor.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary vision across all F&B concepts and events.
• Manage high-volume restaurant service and large events (200+ guests).
• Ensure food safety, cost control and quality across outlets.
