Job summary

Romac Industries seeks a Director of Logistics to lead the transformation of its logistics and material flow during growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing operations, including multi-site environments.
• Proven success leading operational transformation through process standardization and organizational change.
• Strong expertise in transportation, warehousing, inventory management, carrier management, and freight optimization in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise logistics strategy to support a rapidly growing, multi-site manufacturing organization.
• Lead the transformation and optimization of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and material flow across all locations.
• Establish standardized logistics processes, governance, and scalable operating models that drive efficiency, accuracy, and operational excellence.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT, Customer Service, and Finance to deliver best-in-class logistics performance.
• Build, develop, and lead high-performing logistics and warehouse teams while driving continuous improvement, technology adoption, and organizational change.
