Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field is required.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing operations, including multi-site environments.
  • Proven success leading operational transformation through process standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Strong expertise in transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and carrier management in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Oracle preferred) and proven cross-functional leadership.

Job description

The Director of Logistics will lead the transformation of Romac's logistics and material flow operations during a period of significant organizational growth. This role is responsible for establishing centralized logistics governance, standardizing operational execution across all sites, and building scalable transportation and inventory management systems that support the company's continued expansion.


The Director of Logistics will drive the transition from decentralized, relationship-based logistics management to a disciplined, metrics-driven supply chain organization focused on inventory accuracy, transportation optimization, process standardization, and operational visibility. This leader will partner closely with Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, IT, Customer Service, and site leadership to ensure consistent execution across all facilities while fostering a culture of accountability, standard work, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing operations, including multi‑site environments.

  • Proven success leading operational transformation through process standardization, continuous improvement, and organizational change.

  • Strong expertise in transportation, warehousing, inventory management, carrier management, and freight optimization within a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Oracle preferred), coupled with exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.


Base Compensation Range

$122,100-$195,400. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. Our salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance.
