The Director of Logistics will lead the transformation of Romac's logistics and material flow operations during a period of significant organizational growth. This role is responsible for establishing centralized logistics governance, standardizing operational execution across all sites, and building scalable transportation and inventory management systems that support the company's continued expansion.
The Director of Logistics will drive the transition from decentralized, relationship-based logistics management to a disciplined, metrics-driven supply chain organization focused on inventory accuracy, transportation optimization, process standardization, and operational visibility. This leader will partner closely with Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, IT, Customer Service, and site leadership to ensure consistent execution across all facilities while fostering a culture of accountability, standard work, and operational excellence.
Base Compensation Range: $122,100-$195,400. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. Our salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance.
