Romac Industries, Inc. in Bothell, WA seeks a Director of Logistics to lead a transformative, multi-site logistics operation.

The role establishes centralized governance, standardizes execution, and builds scalable transportation and inventory systems to support the company’s growth. You will drive a metrics-driven supply chain, partner with Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, IT, and Customer Service to ensure consistent execution across facilities, and develop high‑performing logistics

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing operations, including multi-site environments.
Proven success leading operational transformation through process standardization, continuous improvement, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise logistics strategy to support a rapidly growing, multi-site manufacturing organization.
Lead the transformation and optimization of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and material flow across all locations.
Establish standardized logistics processes, governance, and scalable operating models that drive efficiency, accuracy, and operational excellence.
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT, Customer Service, and Finance to deliver best-in-class logistics performance.
Build, develop, and lead high-performing logistics and warehouse teams while driving continuous improvement, technology adoption, and organizational change.
