Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business management, logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years of supply chain management, business management or logistics experience.
• 3–5 years of logistic site leadership with budgetary experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or training preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Define the network vision and translate it to sites and staff.
• Identify new opportunities to maximize revenue with existing customers.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Monitor day-to-day site performance against KPIs and introduce new metrics.
• Meet with General Managers monthly for ops alignment.
• Drive safety initiatives across the network.
• Develop customer profiles and review business issues and contracts.
• Build proposals and value solutions for customers.
• Provide leadership and training to all employees.
• Lead cross-functional program implementations.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to improve efficiency and quality.
• Visit sites to maintain management presence.
