Job summary

Charity Newsies seeks a Director of Logistics and Operations in Columbus, OH to oversee daily operations and lead the Clothe-A-Child program’s service delivery. The role will work with senior leaders to drive strategy, ensure accurate enrollment and clothing distribution, and manage operational documentation for continuous improvement.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and proven leadership in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience leading diverse staff and teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
• Experience leading multiple teams and collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overall daily operations.
• Ensure accuracy of the application and clothing distribution process.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of organizational operations.
• Review and update SOPs.
• Ensure facilities maintenance and cleanliness.
• Oversee program enrollment and services.
• Develop long-range plans and operational strategy.
• Provide written/verbal reports to Executive Director.
