Bottoms Up Diaper Bank is seeking an organized Operations & Logistics Coordinator to ensure accurate, timely orders for partner agencies and smooth warehouse operations. You will help coordinate deliveries, support volunteers, and enhance reporting and processes to support growth across Central Ohio.

Ideal candidates bring strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-driven mindset. This is a hands-on, on-site role with a growing nonprofit focused on serving families in need.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using basic technology including the Microsoft Suite of applications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to our mission.
• High school diploma (required), bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and fulfill partner agency orders.
• Coordinate deliveries and support volunteer drivers.
• Support volunteer activities related to distribution.
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and operational improvements.
