Pravati Capital, a leading litigation finance provider, seeks a Director of Business Development & Origination in Scottsdale to lead sourcing, qualification, and advancement of single-case and portfolio funding opportunities.

The role focuses on building deep relationships with trial lawyers and law firms, framing funding options in clear commercial terms, and coordinating with underwriting and investment teams to move opportunities through the pipeline.

Formación

• 5–10+ years in litigation finance origination, PE deal sourcing, or legal business development.
• Proven track record of sourcing and advancing relationship-driven deals with founders or partners.
• Strong understanding of litigation finance products and law firm economics.
• Relational, persuasive communicator with gravitas to engage senior lawyers.
• Self-directed, metrics-driven, and resilient in a build-phase environment.
• Experience sourcing or advancing M&A, private equity, or strategic investments in professional services.

Responsabilidades

• Source, qualify, and advance litigation funding opportunities including single-case and portfolio deals.
• Build and maintain a proprietary pipeline through outreach, referrals, and conferences.
• Originate conversations with managing partners and stakeholders to present Pravati's value proposition.
• Frame funding options in clear commercial terms for trial lawyers.
• Coordinate with underwriting and investment teams to present financing proposals.
• Track origination KPIs and provide market intelligence to refine strategy.
