Trial Lawyers United LLC in Phoenix, AZ is launching a national motor vehicle accident pre-litigation practice and seeks a founding Director of Pre-Litigation to build it from the ground up. The role requires designing the operating model, building the team, establishing systems and standards, and owning the department’s performance.

Initially the Director will handle cases directly and guide the growth into a substantial business unit.

Formación

• Significant plaintiff-side personal injury experience in high-volume MVA pre-litigation.
• End-to-end command of the pre-suit lifecycle.
• Experience managing people and a large concurrent case inventory.

Responsabilidades

• Design the MVA pre-litigation operating model end to end.
• Build department structure, hire, train, supervise, and mentor the team.
• Establish measurable performance expectations and quality-control protocols.
• Develop SOPs, workflow stages, escalation paths, and reporting.
• Recommend and implement the case-management architecture, automation, and reporting.
