Qualifications

• Dynamic networking skills with executive presence.
• Proven experience presenting professional services to top law firms or corporations.

• Ability to draft concise, professional industry content.
• Impeccable reputation and strong credentials.
• Willingness to travel and flexible schedule.
• Juris Doctor or MBA from a top institution (license not required).
• Commercial litigation experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Network with attorneys, finance professionals, in-house legal departments, and industry participants to develop and maintain relationships.
• Present Statera’s value proposition to potential clients (direct and multi-channel).
• Author firm-specific and industry content and secure earned media coverage.
• Manage inbound investment inquiries and pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing to manage social media, CRM, and campaigns driving deal flow.
• Track regulatory, market, and political trends affecting the legal industry and strategy.
• Participate in investment selection and craft bespoke litigation finance solutions.
• Coordinate with all facets of the business.
