Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product development within home textiles or related home décor categories.
• Experience coordinating product sampling, specifications, costing, and development timelines.
• Familiarity with textile materials, construction, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience communicating with overseas factories, vendors, or suppliers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good eye for color, pattern, materials, and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development projects from concept through production handoff.

• Track sample requests, approvals, revisions, and development timelines.
• Review samples for quality, color, materials, construction, and design accuracy.
• Maintain product specifications, tech packs, BOMs, costing sheets, and development records.

• Support assortment development across colors, patterns, materials, sizes, and price points.

As a Product Development Coordinator, you will support the development of home textile products from initial concept and sampling through production handoff. This hands‑on role involves coordinating with overseas vendors, managing samples, tracking development timelines, and supporting product costing and merchandising in a fast‑paced, retail‑focused environment.
