Job summary

Farm Credit seeks a Director, Learning Strategy & Enablement to translate strategic priorities into practical learning experiences across the organization. You will own the Learning Management System, develop employee learning and career-development resources, and lead Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning & development or related area
• Professional certification in learning & development or related area is preferred
• Willingness to pursue relevant technology or learning certifications may be required

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into practical learning pathways, resources, and experiences.
• Own LMS governance, reporting, curriculum structure, and system enhancements.
• Coordinate and facilitate learning for Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption.
• Collaborate with IS, InfoSec, and business teams to deliver role-relevant learning.
