Job summary

Farm Credit Illinois is seeking a Director of Learning Strategy & Enablement to lead the enterprise learning ecosystem, own the LMS, and drive technology-enabled development programs. You will collaborate with IT, HR, and business leaders to deliver practical, scalable learning experiences aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, HR, education, leadership, instructional design, communications, business, technology adoption, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent development, instructional design, or related area.
• Professional certification in learning and development, instructional design, coaching, change management, project management, Microsoft 365, or related area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into practical learning pathways and experiences.
• Own and govern the LMS, including administration, governance, and reporting.
• Coordinate Microsoft 365 and Copilot learning adoption across teams.
• Design and facilitate employee development programs and onboarding.
• Evaluate outcomes using data to improve learning resources and programs.
• Collaborate across functions to scale learning initiatives and partnerships.
