Orion Steel Group, L.L.C. is seeking a Director of Lean and Continuous Improvement to own the Orion Operating System at Rocky Mountain Steel Mills. You will drive continuous improvement, oversee Kaizen events, and coach all levels in problem solving and standard work.

The role requires a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, 10+ years of leadership in similar programs, and strong change management, communication, and project management skills. Open housing stability and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as business, engineering or operations management.
• Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma with extensive improvement project experience.
• 10+ years of experience implementing and owning a program like Orion OS.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Orion Operating System at Rocky Mountain Steel Mills, roll out standard work and metrics.
• Develop programs aligned with leadership on performance and objectives.
• Build and lead a world-class Lean team, guiding current and future members.
