Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Director, Americas Integration Lead to drive integration delivery across the Americas portfolio. The role oversees program managers and directly leads complex integrations, aligning with IMO standards and governance.

You will lead a regional team, allocate resources across concurrent integrations, and partner with executives to ensure timely, high-quality delivery while adapting to market requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs with M&A integrations.
• Experience coaching program managers and managing internal/external resources.
• Ability to travel across the Americas as required.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integration delivery across the Americas portfolio from pre-close through Day 1 and transition.
• Lead and develop program managers responsible for day-to-day integration management.
• Directly manage selected integrations based on size, complexity, risk, or resourcing needs.
• Establish governance, workstream coordination, and executive reporting standards.
• Coordinate capacity, priorities, and cross-program dependencies across concurrent integrations.
• Coach teams to handle complex stakeholder and escalation issues.
• Ensure consistent use of IMO tools, RAID logs, templates, and reporting standards.
• Lead the Americas integration team and build scalable regional delivery capabilities.
