Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Director, Americas Integration Lead to join the team. The role oversees integration delivery across the Americas portfolio as part of the Global Integration Management Office (IMO) and leads a regional team to ensure governance and reporting standards are followed.

The position requires extensive cross-functional program leadership, experience with or supporting M&A integrations, and the ability to travel across the Americas as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Significant experience supporting or leading M&A integrations from pre-close planning through Day 1 and beyond.
• Experience coaching and developing program managers and integrating internal/external resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integration delivery across the Americas portfolio for the IMO.
• Lead and develop program managers responsible for day-to-day management of integrations.
• Directly manage selected integrations based on size, complexity, or risk.
• Establish governance, reporting, and playbooks; ensure consistency across programs.
• Coordinate with global IMO standards while adapting to regional requirements.
