Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Laboratory Supervisor in Joshua Tree, CA. This leadership role oversees daily lab operations, staff performance, quality management, regulatory compliance, and budgeting to ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds an active California CLS license, has at least five years of laboratory experience with prior supervision, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive continuous

• Bachelor's degree required and California CLS licensure.
• Minimum of five years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work day shift with 24/7 availability for call.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily laboratory operations to support accurate, timely, and high-quality services.
• Select, train, orient, assign, and supervise laboratory staff.
• Establish performance expectations, evaluate staff, and address personnel actions.
• Develop departmental goals, policies and procedures; manage budget.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements; lead CQI initiatives.
• Provide 24-hour supervision coverage and foster a patient-centered culture.
