Palmdale Regional Medical Center seeks a seasoned Clinical Laboratory Scientist to lead the laboratory operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role requires 5+ years of CLS experience, a California license, and a Bachelor's degree with strong leadership abilities.

The ideal candidate will supervise all areas of testing, coordinate with the medical staff, and drive quality improvements in a large hospital laboratory setting.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years' experience as a CLS
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License or California Clinical Specialty License required
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents; strong written and verbal communication
• Strong mathematical skills: fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
• Strong reasoning abilities; able to manage people and coordinate multiple tasks
