Desert Care Network, encompassing Hi-Desert Medical Center in Joshua Tree, is seeking a dynamic Laboratory Supervisor to oversee patient care quality and departmental operations. You will lead staff, implement policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The role requires California licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, a Bachelor's Degree, and at least five years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required for Laboratory leadership role.
• California licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist is required.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of quality patient care in the Laboratory supervisory role.
• Develops department goals, policies, and budgets.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and QA/QI processes.
• Leads staff through training, orientation, and performance evaluations.
• Maintains professional growth and department standards.
