• Manages staffing coordination and resource utilization to meet turnaround times and performance goals.
• Ensures safe and organized shift transitions and adherence to infection control requirements.
• Collaborates with laboratory management to provide solutions and resources for issue resolution.
• Ensures high level of professional practice and maintains lab services according to policies and standards.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
