HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead a defined patient care unit during hospitalization. The role provides 24/7 leadership for staffing, clinical operations and resource utilization, ensuring high-quality nursing care aligned with organizational goals.

The Director liaises with physicians and administration, drives process improvements, and models the MHS philosophy across units, working with a multi-disciplinary team to exceed patient expectations.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Three years of recent RN acute care experience.
• Experience in nursing leadership or management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate patient care delivery for a defined group of patients.
• Staff supervision, interviewing, orientation and development of frontline supervisors/charge personnel.
• Plan and manage unit activities, staffing, and budget; ensure staffing in accordance with patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, administrators and care teams to improve processes and patient outcomes.
