Job summary

SV Golf seeks a Director of Golf Camps to lead development and growth of junior golf camps across Bay Area sites. You will own curriculum, staffing, safety, scheduling, and customer service to ensure high-quality camp experiences reflecting our mission.

The ideal candidate has experience leading golf camps or youth programs, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple sites with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading golf camps or junior programs.
• Strong knowledge of golf fundamentals and junior development.
• Ability to lead, schedule, and manage a team of coaches and staff.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors across multiple sites and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute junior golf camps across sites.
• Build and maintain annual and seasonal camp schedules.
• Coordinate daily operations: staffing, camper groups, activities, equipment, facilities.
• Establish standard procedures so camps run consistently across locations.
• Monitor capacity, enrollment, staffing, and program performance.
• Serve as primary contact for staff, parents, participants, and partners.
