Job summary

DNSFilter is seeking a Director of IT in Tampa to own identity, endpoints, and employee technology. You will personally manage Okta, Google Workspace, and MDM platforms while leading one Senior IT Support Analyst.

The role reports to the SVP of Operations and partners with Security, People, and Finance to ensure access from day one. Ideal candidates have built IT functions in fast-growing SaaS environments, are hands-on with consoles, and automate recurring problems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT with 2+ years leading an internal IT function.
• Hands-on experience administering Okta, Google Workspace, Mosyle or Jamf, and JumpCloud.
• Experience with SOC 2 controls and audit evidence.
• Ability to automate recurring tasks and improve onboarding/offboarding lifecycle.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identity and Access: Own Okta day to day, Google Workspace, onboarding/offboarding lifecycle end to end, and access revocation.
• Endpoint and Fleet: Manage Mosyle for Apple and JumpCloud for others, ensure device enrollment, maintain fleet coverage reporting.
• Asset Lifecycle: Oversee procurement, provisioning, asset tagging, and disposal; ensure three-year refresh.
• Application Portfolio and Spend: Inventory business apps, manage licenses, forecast IT budget, renegotiate vendors.
• Workplace Technology: Manage Tampa office tech stack, AV, access control, and surveillance systems.
• Service Delivery: Own Zendesk, publish service catalog, track IT metrics and user satisfaction.
• Availability and Continuity: Define escalation paths, business continuity, after-hours coverage.
• Automation and AI: Extend automation, integrate Okta/Google/Mosyle/JumpCloud/Zendesk, build runbooks.
• Security Partnership: Implement SOC 2 controls, provide audit evidence, conduct access reviews.
• Growth and Integration: Lead IT for acquisitions, consolidate onto the stack.
• Leadership: Lead Senior IT Support Analyst, set weekly/monthly operating cadence.
