Qualifications

• Experience leading IT in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Experience supporting or overseeing EHR/EMR systems and clinical applications.
• Ability to communicate complex IT concepts to clinical leadership and executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, systems, applications, cybersecurity, and end-user services.
• Lead EHR/EMR implementation, optimization, upgrades, integrations, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with clinicians and leaders to identify technology needs and improve clinical workflows.
• Develop and improve information security and risk management to protect patient data (HIPAA).
• Manage IT projects and vendors, ensuring planning, escalation, and lifecycle needs.
• Lead IT staff and foster collaboration across IT, informatics, departments, and leadership.
