Job summary

Hopscotch Primary Care seeks a Medical Director to provide day-to-day leadership for clinic teams, delivering high-quality care, an exceptional patient experience, and a best-in-class culture.

You'll lead care across centers, drive performance with data, and ensure compliance while advancing a patient-centered, community-focused care model. Board-certified physicians with NC license and 5+ years post-residency are preferred for this pivotal role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-residency experience with team management.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with NC license.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Familiarity with innovative clinical models serving high-acuity members.
• Medicare experience including in-home care and compliance requirements.
• Experience using data and insights to drive clinical action.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for clinic teams to enable high-quality care and a great patient experience.
• Set the curve for care across centers by executing the Hopscotch care model and workflows.
• Manage Providers, ensuring administrative tasks are completed and panels are managed.
• Partner with the Care Center Manager to outperform targets through collaboration.
• Provide high-quality patient care within a comprehensive care model to achieve outcomes.
• Oversee your clinical care team including Advanced Practitioner, Medical Assistant, and Care Manager.
• Support mission and culture through talent development, clinical innovation and compliance.
• Represent Hopscotch Health in the community, providing education and engagement at events.
