Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Director, Program Manager - Remote in the United States to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role combines strategic program leadership with people leadership to drive successful delivery of complex IT services programs across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Service Desk, End User Computing, Applications, Data & Analytics, and Managed Services.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience leading large-scale IT programs in multi-stakeholder environments.
5+ years of experience leading and developing program teams.
Proven expertise in program planning, governance, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery management.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.
Strong risk, issue, dependency, change, and escalation management.
Experience with executive, client, and delivery leadership stakeholders.
Strong leadership in hiring, mentoring, and developing teams.
Experience in developing executive presentations and governance communications.
Proficiency with program management methodologies, tools, and reporting processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver large-scale IT services programs across multiple technology domains.
Develop and oversee integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders across client, business, technology, operations, and delivery organizations.
Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to client executives, delivery leaders, and key stakeholders.
Establish and drive program governance, including executive reporting, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, change control, and escalation processes.
Monitor program performance, proactively addressing risks, issues, and delivery challenges while implementing corrective actions.
Lead program execution in complex, matrixed environments, ensuring alignment with business priorities, contractual commitments, and organizational goals.
Partner with client leadership to align program strategies, priorities, and outcomes with the organization's mission, values, strategic objectives, and long-term technology roadmap.
Translate client goals and transformation initiatives into actionable delivery strategies that drive measurable business value, innovation, and customer success.
Support enterprise change management, technology modernization, and operational improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and organizational effectiveness.
Drive a customer-centric approach to program delivery by incorporating client expectations, values, and success measures into decision-making and execution.
Champion continuous improvement and delivery excellence through optimized processes, operational efficiencies, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and established delivery standards.
