Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an IT Project Manager in Plano, TX to lead complex technology delivery across multiple teams and workstreams. You will drive milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive-ready updates while partnering with product, technical delivery teams, and stakeholders to resolve blockers and ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in technology project delivery, strong executive communication, and expert use of Jira/Jira Align and Excel for data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing complex technology projects or programs.
• 7+ years coordinating multiple teams and workstreams with milestones, risks and dependencies.
• 7+ years developing and maintaining delivery plans, dashboards, and status reporting.
• 7+ years delivering executive-level status updates and decision-support materials.
• Proficiency with Excel for large data set analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program status, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items across teams.
• Partner with delivery, product and stakeholders to drive mitigation and resolution plans.
• Maintain integrated delivery plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, dashboards and progress reporting.
• Create executive-ready status updates and reporting materials for senior leadership.
• Synthesize delivery data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support Agile delivery practices using Scrum and Kanban.
