Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program and delivery status, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Partner with technical delivery teams, product teams, and stakeholders to understand delivery progress, identify blockers, and drive mitigation plans.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, milestone tracking, and progress reporting for visibility and accountability.
• Create executive-ready status updates, dashboards, and reporting materials for senior leadership.
• Consolidate data from Jira, Jira Align, Excel, presentations, and other tools to identify trends and risks.
• Synthesize delivery information into actionable insights, status narratives, and recommendations.
• Track cross-team dependencies and coordinate resolution of risks and issues.
• Support Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban across teams.
• Monitor progress against milestones and delivery plans.

We are currently seeking a IT Project Manager to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Day to Day/ Job Functions

• Coordinate program and delivery status, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Partner directly with technical delivery teams, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand delivery progress, identify blockers early, and drive follow-through on mitigation and resolution plans.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, milestone tracking, and progress reporting to provide visibility and accountability across workstreams.
• Create clear, concise, executive-ready status updates, dashboards, presentations, and other reporting materials for senior leadership.
• Consolidate and analyze information from multiple sources, including Jira, Jira Align, Excel, presentations, and other delivery-management tools, to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and areas requiring attention.
• Synthesize complex delivery information and large data sets into actionable insights, status narratives, and decision-ready recommendations.
• Track cross-team dependencies and coordinate with responsible teams to ensure timely resolution of delivery risks and issues.
• Support Agile delivery practices across teams using methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Monitor program and project progress against established milestones, commitments, and delivery plans.
