Scale Computing is hiring a Director of IT to lead corporate IT services across end-user support, identity, endpoints, collaboration, and SaaS platforms. The role covers budgets, cost control, security, and cross-functional alignment with Finance, HR, and Security.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT with 5+ years leading IT teams, strong ITSM experience, and a proven track record consolidating environments. This is an in-office role based in Indianapolis, IN or Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with leadership/management experience.
• Experience consolidating IT environments and service desks.
• Experience managing budgets and SaaS/hardware vendor contracts.
• Experience with audits (PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001).

Responsibilities

• Own IT service desk operations and SLA definitions.
• Consolidate legacy workflows into a single IT service model.
• Manage identity, access lifecycles, and endpoint management.
• Oversee SaaS portfolio, vendor contracts, and renewals.
• Develop IT budget and drive cost efficiency across departments.
• Lead and develop IT team with clear development plans.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Security, and other teams.
