Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field required.
• 5+ years of IT experience.
• Experience in a midsize or large organization.
• Experience operating in a publicly traded company.
• Experience managing, overseeing, or auditing IT security and compliance controls.
• Experience with system and software integrations.
• Experience working with MSPs.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to meet deadlines with integrity and confidentiality.
• Flexible work schedule adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement IT process improvements across the holding company and member companies.
• Assist with centralized IT and Cybersecurity strategy, policy development, and governance.
• Oversee central Microsoft environment and core systems for group-wide integration and performance.
• Provide IT support to holding company employees and coordinate with MSP as needed.
• Manage vendor relationships with outside IT partners and audit security protocols.
• Ensure SOX-compliant IT general controls and liaise with external auditors on disclosures.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, HR and other units to support IT needs.
• Perform other duties to achieve company goals.
