Fair Haven Community Health Care seeks a Director of Cybersecurity to own and advance its enterprise cybersecurity program. Initially hands‑on, the role leads incident response, vulnerability management, email security, DLP and third‑party risk while guiding strategy, governance, and risk for FHCHC systems and data.

The Director will build and lead a cybersecurity team as the function grows, reporting to the VP, Data & Technology, and partnering with executives and the Board.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• CISSP, CISM, HCISPP, or similar advanced certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive cybersecurity experience with ownership of significant programs or incidents.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience including HIPAA/PHI knowledge.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a multi-year cybersecurity strategy aligned with FHCHC’s needs and risk appetite.
• Lead security governance, risk management, and reporting to executives and the Board.
• Manage co‑managed security services, assessors, auditors, and vendors.
• Define security requirements for AI and emerging technologies to protect PHI.
• Lead threat monitoring, incident response, and post‑incident reviews.
• Direct vulnerability scanning, remediation prioritization, and penetration testing.
• Oversee security architecture, IAM, network security, and data protection.
• Embed security into projects, cloud adoption, and software delivery.
• Coach IT staff and stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices.
