Position Overview

A well-established Hawaiʻi-based manufacturer and retailer is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead the organization's technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and business process improvement initiatives. Reporting to executive leadership, this hands-on role will oversee and optimize the company's technology environment across manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with strong technical expertise and will play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, modernize systems, strengthen security, and support long-term business growth.

Requirements

• Experience leading ERP implementations, migrations, or systems modernization initiatives.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, retail, distribution, or multi-site operations.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage vendors, and drive business process improvements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with executive leadership.
• Consulting, MSP, or solutions provider experience preferred.
