Job Summary:

Oversees the daily operations and administrative tasks of clinic and procedural suites specializing in interventional pain management techniques.They ensure the clinic and procedure areas run smoothly, patients receive quality care, and the practice meets compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinic Management: Managingthe overall operations of the clinic, including scheduling, billing, and insurance verification.
• Patient Care: Ensuringpatient comfort, safety, and quality of care during treatments and procedures.
• Team Management: Supervisingclinic staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and administrative personnel.
• Compliance: Maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations related to pain management and healthcare.
• Financial Management: Managingthe clinic's budget, billing processes, and collections.
• Marketing and Business Development: Developingstrategies to increase patient volume and practice revenue.

Quality Improvement:Implementing measures to improve patient care, reduce costs, and enhance the clinic\'s reputation.

Education and Training:

A bachelor\'s degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business management), preferred.

Clinical licensure in the field of Nursing or Radiology, preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience in clinic management or healthcare administration, required.

Experience in pain management, Operating Room or Procedural experience, preferred.
