Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is hiring a Director of Product Management for Partner Experiences to own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end integration of third-party devices into the Vivint Home ecosystem.

You will lead high-impact initiatives with external partners, define interoperability standards, and collaborate with Core Platform, Cloud Infrastructure, and InfoSec teams to deliver scalable, secure integrations at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with at least 4+ years on developer platforms, partner ecosystems, or IoT integrations.
• Proven track record leading complex technical product integrations with tier-1 consumer electronics or software partners.
• Experience delivering large-scale, multi-phase launches across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year 3P partner integration strategy and technical roadmap for Vivint Home ecosystem.
• Define strict interoperability standards for external devices to ensure native performance in Vivint app.
• Collaborate with Core Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and InfoSec to design scalable SDKs and APIs.
