The Director, Portfolio Management owns the performance of Vivint's product and service portfolio across customer and market segments.

This role drives portfolio health, sets targets, and leads governance with GTM, product marketing and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field, MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in portfolio management or revenue operations.
• 3+ years leading a team.
• Experience with recurring-revenue models is preferred.
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance of Vivint's product, service, and customer-segment portfolio.
• Set portfolio targets and manage performance across products and segments.
• Decide investments, resource allocation, and lifecycle decisions for the portfolio.
• Manage portfolio contribution to GTM economics and customer lifetime value.
• Run governance cadence with cross-functional leaders across GTM, product, marketing, sales, and finance.
• Act as the executive owner of portfolio-level decisions in cross-functional planning forums.
• Represent portfolio performance in executive reviews and drive follow-through on decisions.
• Own portfolio forecasting and scenario planning for annual and quarterly GTM cycles.
• Deliver regular executive reporting on portfolio performance and variance drivers.
• Support Marketing decisions with data on customer segment behavior.
