Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a Director to drive revenue and profit growth across its Compliance, Investigations & eDiscovery practice. You will identify opportunities, develop campaigns, and partner with marketing and leadership to craft client messaging and collateral for investigations, compliance, and disputes matters.

Baseline responsibilities include leading pursuits, shaping client needs, and coordinating practitioner involvement to move opportunities through to proposals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales, business development or client development in investigations, compliance, disputes or related services.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue through business development and collaboration with regional leaders.
• Develop opportunities across investigations, proactive compliance, forensic accounting and disputes.
• Create top-of-funnel opportunities by targeting accounts and mapping buyers.
• Position Control Risks as a multidisciplinary partner across compliance, investigations and disputes.
