Tech Sales Jobs is seeking a Director of Business Development for Forensics. This role may be based in San Francisco, Chicago, New York City, or Washington DC, with a hybrid work arrangement.

You will drive revenue growth for the Compliance, Investigations & eDiscovery practice, shaping opportunities across investigations, proactive compliance, forensic accounting and disputes while partnering with leaders and clients to turn capabilities into clear value propositions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 7+ years of sales, business development or related experience in investigations, compliance, disputes or forensic accounting.
• Understanding buyers and referral sources for investigations and compliance-led work.
• Ability to communicate multidisciplinary Compliance and Investigations offerings.
• Experience developing pipeline through outreach, campaigns and events.
• Strong commercial judgment including pricing, scoping and fee models.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tech.
• Knowledge of how digital forensics, eDiscovery, data analytics can be cross-sold.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve annual revenue through individual business development and campaign execution.
• Develop new business opportunities across investigations, compliance, forensic accounting, expert testimony and disputes.
• Create top-of-funnel opportunities by identifying target accounts and building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Position the firm as a multidisciplinary partner across compliance, investigations and disputes.
• Contribute to campaigns, client briefings, webinars and market-facing initiatives to generate opportunities.
• Develop bespoke collateral, client messaging and pitch materials for investigations and disputes.
• Support pursuit strategy and coordinate practitioner involvement to move opportunities through the funnel.
