Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, analytics, or healthcare-adjacent field.
• Eight+ years of progressive experience in operations, inventory planning, demand forecasting, capacity planning, workforce planning, or related field, with at least three years leading teams.
• Experience translating demand forecasts and business objectives into actionable production, routing, prioritization, and capacity plans in fast-paced multi-channel environment.
• Strong ability to identify performance risks, develop recovery plans, establish operational governance, and influence cross-functional decisions.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to develop and iterate operational tech, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and decision-support capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the inventory strategy and planning framework for Payer Retrieval, translating client demand into actionable weekly and daily operating plans.
• Establish forecasting, segmentation, and prioritization strategies based on client commitments, project pacing, inventory age, chart density, and cost.
• Manage routing framework for inventory across channels based on provider behavior, capacity, yield, and cost.
• Evaluate channel and partner performance to reduce delays and manual interventions while improving retrieval outcomes.
• Monitor performance against commitments, identify risks, and lead recovery planning for aging or blocked inventory.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify automation opportunities and increase operational efficiency.
