Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Senior Retrieval Operations Analyst to optimize internal performance and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. You will analyze data, improve processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency in retrieval operations.

Responsibilities include leading inventory health reviews, identifying risks, and developing corrective actions, while mentoring regional analysts and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in operations analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar).
• Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of operational metrics and performance measurement.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a Team.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate and present to all levels of employees
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Be comfortable leading cross-functional discussions and influencing without direct authority.
• Effectively prioritize competing operational needs while maintaining a proactive approach to inventory management.
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and present information clearly and persuasively.
• Drive accountability by following issues through resolution and driving change within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inventory Management for assigned Retrieval Groups, partnering with Operations, Client Success, Provider, Product, and Technology to manage inventory health, pacing, retrieval yield, and metrics.
• Conduct operational performance reviews by identifying risks, performing root-cause analysis, and driving corrective actions.
• Guide Regional Operations Analysts, coordinate priorities, delegate work, support ticket management, and ensure consistent execution.
• Develop and communicate operational insights through reporting, dashboards, and trend analysis for leadership decisions.
• Facilitate cross-functional governance, inventory reviews, escalation management, and alignment with client needs.
• Support playbooks, metrics, triggers, reporting enhancements, and the Inventory Management Framework.
• Lead or support strategic projects and initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
