Job summary

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Inventory Control and develops in-store models and quarterly Board analyses. You will lead weekly in-store inventory updates, perform variance analyses, and collaborate with Store & DC Ops to improve data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in an analytical role, retail/inventory experience a plus.
• Strong Excel and Word; ability to learn back-end systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead updating and enhancing the weekly In-Store inventory model with inputs from sales, allocations, and DC production.
• Prepare monthly Merchant Margin to Gross Margin variance analyses and quarterly Board variance analyses.
• Perform complex ad-hoc analyses on inventory metrics and communicate impacts to management.
• Collaborate with Store & DC Ops to improve data integrity and operational metrics.
• Evaluate internal reporting and drive improvements in timeliness and accuracy.
• Lead system projects, changes, and testing with requirements documentation.
