Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years post‑college experience with demonstrated success at increasing levels of responsibility including managing a team.
• Retail inventory experience and strong business acumen.
• Excellent analytical, Excel, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team within finance and inventory control.
• Provide board‑level updates on sales, gross margin and inventory performance.
• Own the updating and enhancement of the in‑store inventory and production planning model.
• Partner with Store & DC Ops to improve data integrity and shrink results.
• Drive the annual gross margin and inventory budget process and deliver actionable insights.
