Responsibilities

• Define multi-year technology strategy for retail supply chain capabilities including transportation, production planning and workforce management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team across development, engineering and architecture.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of supply chain initiatives with on-time, on-budget execution and high quality.
• Establish SDLC, DevOps and agile delivery frameworks and manage large-scale implementations.
• Ensure uptime, reliability and performance of mission-critical supply chain systems.
