Job summary

MERGE is a marketing and technology agency focused on health and wellness. The Director, Communications will own internal communications strategy, lead corporate and change communications, and craft content while measuring impact using data-driven insights.

This is a high-visibility role guiding messaging through change and growth. You will partner with executives to coach leaders, manage channels, and ensure a consistent, human voice across intranet, email, newsletters, and town-hall assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal, corporate, or change communications in fast-paced environments.
• Deep expertise in corporate communications and change management (M&A, migrations, operating shifts).
• Hands-on experience with intranet, email, newsletters, and collaboration platforms.
• Fluency in change-management processes and stakeholder engagement.
• Superior writing and editing, turning complex info into clear messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own the Internal Communications Strategy and cadence for leadership updates and org announcements.
• Lead Corporate & Change Communications from strategy to execution with clear messaging.
• Produce compelling internal content: emails, intranet updates, newsletters, and town-hall materials.
• Monitor and report on communication impact with data-driven insights.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to align messaging with goals.
