The ideal candidate has 10+ years in transportation/intermodal management, college degree with a master's preferred, strong leadership, P&L experience, and a hands-on, customer-driven approach.

Qualifications

• College degree required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in transportation management/intermodal operations with a proven track record.
• Experience with P&L responsibility preferred.
• Independent, hands-on leader capable of cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Intermodal operations and strategic growth.
• Develop and execute intermodal strategy across entities and partners.
• Lead staff, budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance against plan.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and cost efficiency.
• Build relationships with railroads, drayage providers, and partners.
