The ideal candidate brings a deep background across traditional and digital channels, strong audience-driven planning, and a proven track record of leading teams, managing client relationships, and delivering business impact.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in media planning, buying, and leadership within an agency setting.
• Proven success delivering multi-channel media programs across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong background in programmatic, paid social, display, video, search, broadcast, OOH and print.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of integrated media strategies across digital, programmatic, paid social, broadcast, print, OOH and other channels.
• Translate objectives, audience insights, and budgets into effective media plans and investment strategies.
• Oversee media buying, campaign execution, optimization, budgeting, and performance analysis across client accounts.
• Leverage research and competitive intelligence to inform strategic recommendations.
• Present media strategies and results to executive stakeholders.
• Build relationships with media vendors, publishers, and technology partners.
• Establish best practices, standards, and processes for the media function.
• Collaborate with account services, creative, strategy, and analytics teams to deliver marketing solutions.
• Mentor and develop media talent and shape department growth.
• Evaluate emerging platforms and AI-driven solutions to improve planning and performance.
