Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing agency to identify an Associate Director, Integrated Media in Midtown Manhattan. This hands-on leadership role develops strategy, guides a team, and drives performance across programmatic, CTV, paid social, and search to meet client goals.

The Associate Director partners with clients, mentors junior staff, and helps optimize campaigns, reporting, and growth across multiple accounts while advancing agency capabilities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital media, paid media, or integrated media planning.
• Agency experience strongly preferred.
• Experience developing and executing strategies across programmatic, CTV, paid social, and search.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, media planning, campaign optimization, and performance measurement.
• Experience managing client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated media strategy across programmatic, CTV, paid social, search, and other digital channels.
• Develop media recommendations that align with client objectives, audience insights, and performance goals.
• Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across multiple client accounts.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Partner directly with clients to communicate strategy, performance updates, and growth opportunities.
• Mentor and develop junior team members while providing ongoing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with account, analytics, and creative teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive best practices across campaign management, testing, optimization, and measurement.
• Contribute to new business initiatives and support agency growth efforts.
• Help build processes and structure that improve team efficiency and campaign performance.
