Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of fundraising experience with a track record of six- and seven-figure gifts.
• Prior foundation fundraising experience required; government grants not required.
• Experience coaching and developing a 2-3 person fundraising team.
• Strong moves-management and donor-centered fundraising practices.
• Excellent grant-writing and reporting abilities with data-driven strategy.

• Manage a personal portfolio of foundation funders and prospects; solicit and close six- to seven-figure gifts.

• Collaborate with program leadership to nurture foundation relationships and drive donor-centered strategies.
• Track portfolio activity in Salesforce and represent LifeMoves at funder meetings and events.
