Job summary

Agtegra Cooperative in Aberdeen, SD is seeking an Innovation Division Director to provide operational leadership across our Innovation Centers, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable innovation, precision ag, and retail operations.

You will drive uptime, manage inventory, lead product development, and coach teams to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Eight years or more of progressively responsible leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across multiple shop locations through onsite visits and virtual coordination.
• Drive safety and best practices by completing safety audits at each location.
• Support and enforce Parts/Vendor programs to ensure price protection and warranty recovery.
• Drive retail site profitability by supporting location teams in achieving revenue, margin, and expense targets.
• Maintain appropriate stocking levels and reduce obsolete inventory through transfers and disposition strategies.
• Lead product development and product cycle management with leadership of the product portfolio.
• Coach and motivate team members to meet performance standards and maintain safety policies.
• Collaborate with Parts and Service teams to increase in-house repair opportunities and retail capture.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and related safety regulations.
• Monitor performance using CMMS/BI reports and implement corrective actions.
• Travel regularly to multiple locations to oversee operations.
